Play Report (One due each quarter)

Overview:

The purpose of the play report is to synthesize the elements of drama in order to focus your critical awareness of artistic merit. Respond to each section in a paragraph or more – the more descriptive you are the better your report is.

You are required to view or read one play per quarter. If you attend a performance, you must attach a ticket stub and a program to the end of your play report. The school plays are required attendance. The fall play will be on: ___________________________.



Content of Play Report:

1. Title of play and author

2. Synopsis (or summary) of main events

3. A description of the most important scene and why

4. Your personal reactions (Did you like the play? Explain why.)
